As a future Fellow, you will be following in the footsteps of 217 graduates from the last 7 intakes. You can expect your journeys to culminate in becoming Corporate Purpose practitioners, joining the ever-growing and purpose-driven community of COG Fellows.
The newly revamped Fellowship is an intense and exciting 16-week programme designed to nurture Corporate Purpose practitioners across the Commercial and Public Service sectors, as well as Institutes of Higher Learning. You will have a strong grasp of the why, what and how of purposeful ecosystems which would enable you to spearhead change for your organisation across the five impact areas of People, Society, Governance, Environment and Economic.

Gain access to behind-the-scenes insights through exclusive chats and experiential site visits with conferred Champions of Good and learn how they continue to transform their businesses.

Fellowship sessions typically run full-day and are in-person, except for mentoring sessions which can be flexible.
Yes, Fellows are required to attend at least 75% of the sessions to be eligible for graduation from the programme.
Middle management in HR, Communications, Organisational Development, Sustainability or any relevant role with influence to drive a company’s Corporate Purpose journey. Fellowship is relevant to MNCs, SMEs, Public Service Agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning and Solopreneurs.
The programme helps Fellows strengthen their organisations' identity and relevance to consumers and other stakeholders. On a personal level, Fellows uncover how they can lead purposeful change in line with their unique strengths and styles.
Action Projects are interventions that target existing issues or opportunities in the organisation. Fellows will be guided to craft projects that bring about impact in one or more of the five impact areas (People, Society, Governance, Environment and Economic). Action Projects should not be unnecessary additions to their existing work.
Fellows will be required to design and present a detailed plan of action at the end of Fellowship. The role of the judging panel is to give Fellows and their management valuable inputs to further enhance the likelihood of successful implementation. The decision to implement should ultimately lie with the organisations.
No, the COG Fellowship programme is not a pre-requisite to being conferred as a Company of Good. However, organisations with Fellows have been observed to be more intentional with the impact they create. Close to 50% of the 78 organisations conferred as Champions in 2024 were those who have participated in Fellowship before.
